Find peace with self-awareness.
What to expect?
Uncertainty can be overwhelming.
Students are surrounded by uncertainty. “What does my future hold? Am I on the right path? How can I plan for a fulfilling life after graduation?” It’s no wonder so many students are plagued by stress, anxiety, and burnout.
Self-awareness is powerful.
Empowering students to know themselves and what they bring to the world can make the next steps less stressful. By building self-awareness, students can uncover what makes them truly spectacular, bringing peace and confidence to their next steps.
A gift of lasting value.
Parents, grandparents, mentors of all types — if you have a stressed out student in your life, consider giving the gift of coaching. I work with students nearing the end of high school and all throughout college.
Please note that Denise Biggerstaff Coaching does not provide clinical therapy or trauma support, and coaching is not a substitute for counseling, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, mental health care, or substance abuse treatment. Coach will recommend additional professional support, if necessary.
I have a knack for seeing patterns that are keeping you stuck. Together, we’ll pinpoint those patterns – those certain pieces you’ve chosen to side-step or not yet been able to recognize in your journey.
In our coaching relationship, we’ll use these insights to move you past the mundane and into your spectacular.
What does that look like?
It’s time to find out.
3 Weeks of Self Awareness
We’ll begin to build self-awareness and uncover their spectacular in three 60-minute coaching sessions.
We’ll focus on:
- Strengths – Where do you shine? How can you hone your unique strengths to become more effective in the classroom and the world? (assessment from Gallup CliftonStrengths, $20 value)
- Values – Do you know your values? Do your behaviors align with them?
- Working Genius- Determine where you find joy in the work process. We all have to do things that don’t feed our souls but centering on our Geniuses brings greater satisfaction and higher morale!
